The Balgowlah Heights Primary School athletics carnival took place in August and despite some serious jet-lag, James and Olivia took part and performed well.
James made the final of the 100m and came 4th - which is an improvement of one place from last year. He was the fastest in his class which made him happy.
Olivia came 5th in her class heat (she did not make it to the final) but she also had a great time and took part in all the other 'fun' events such as the relay and sack race.
It was a glorious day and just the thing to fight off jet-lag.
